This Privacy Policy describes how  ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the Ummah Radio mobile application (the "App").

1. Information Collection and Use
Ummah Radio is designed to respect your privacy.

No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location).

No Accounts: You are not required to create an account or provide any login credentials to use the App.

No Tracking: We do not use cookies, trackers, or analytics SDKs to monitor your behavior or usage patterns.

2. Permissions
The App may request certain system permissions to function:

Internet Access: Required to connect to and play the radio audio streams.

Network State: Used to check if you have an active internet connection before attempting to play a stream.

Phone State (Optional): In some versions, the App may check the phone's state (Idle/Ringing) solely to pause the radio automatically when you receive a phone call. We do not access your call logs or phone numbers.

3. Third-Party Services
The App plays audio streams from third-party broadcasters. When you connect to a stream, your IP address is technically visible to the stream provider (as is standard with any internet connection), but we do not share any other data with them.

4. Data Safety Section (Google Play)
As per Google Play’s requirements, we declare in our Data Safety form that:

We do not collect or share any user data.

The App does not require a data deletion request mechanism because no user data is ever stored on our servers.

5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
